I posted a msg about having pulsing like power, I was told I need
boost control solenoid, could it be the sensor? Both are a bit
expensive, can I couple the 2 hoses together that go in and out of
the solenoid temporarly and see if that fixes it?

You can do just that.

Run the two lines together and the wastegate spring should open
between 6 and 7 PSI. You'll feel a drop in power, but it should
eliminate the stuttering problem, if the solenoid is indeed the cause.
