TurboXs boost controller(old Thread)

So this should work pretty much the same as the
hallman right? If its compleatly closed it should hold
boost at 6.5 psi where the factory wastegate/bov will
open, and as soon as you begin to open it up it will
start to "bleed" off air going to the wastegate
effectivly tricking it into thinking that there is
less boost than there really is resulting in higher
manifold pressures. Am I correct in my understanding?
And one more question to anyone using this "Home Depot
MBC" does it have a lock nut on the adjuster so that
it will not reset itself occasionally?
