oops, typo in that last post(i think)
could someone tell me how to remove the eec cover? (top center under
the hood) my chilton book is no help. I can't replace my spark plug
wires until i get this damned thing off and i can't see how it's
done. Please help me... i've been searching the net and can't find
anything of use.

Are you talking about the plastic engine cover over the coil pack?

If so, just pull....it'll come off.
