Is the 1990 GT, Speed or rev limited in any way???.
and if so, how is this done ???
and at what speed or rev's ???

I know in the states, the early legacy was not speed limited.

It did have a rev limiter, or at least mine does. It's done by the ECU by taking away spark from the ignition.
