Aargh. Great prices on whiteline springs ($200) So I ordered from them. A week later, I had still gotten no confirmation email, nor any email whatsoever contacting me. I finally email them angrily after approx 10 days, asking them whats up. The guy says that they emailed me, saying that it would be 3-5 weeks for my springs. I got no email, but perhaps it went to bulk mail, I just delete that stuff.... At any rate. I apologize and thank him for the help. 6.5 weeks from original date of order, and not another word from them. I emailed them late last night, and this afternoon recieved an email
"Hi Laurel,
We are expecting the Whiteline order Wed or Thursday of this week if all
goes well. You'll get a tracking number and confirmation sent via email
when your product ships out."
So... If you dont want your car done very quickly, but want good prices, then go with pdm-racing. If you'd prefer to have your products within a month and a half of order, I'd suggest going elsewhere, though you'll end up paying a bit more.

My experiences with PDM Racing have been nothing but fabulous!
I had no issues with them for all of the orders i've placed. Don always responded quickly to my inquiries. He gets a LOT of buisness, and i imagine sometimes he gets a little backed up.

I did have similar dealings with pdm that you did laurel. Basically I didn't get the confirmation or something was mixed up. I don't remember exactly what it was now.
But something you must remember is that when ordering parts from overseas vendors, you're at the mercy of all the hands in-between, and in the case of whiteline products MRT is the sole source retailer to any US vendors......and MRT has their head up their ass when it comes to that stuff.
I know whiteline would much rather deal directly with the US vendors/retailers, and we would probably see an increase in service and decrease in costs, but MRT has something over whiteline......
You could've waited 6+ months like me for my springs

*update*
still no springs.
no word from the company.
nothing billed to my card.
nothing.
I'd go with H&R, but they wont drop it as much as the whitelines will.

did you email whiteline like I suggested?
Where did you hear H&R's won't drop as much as whitelines.......from all the stuff I've read, that's backwards.

That's what I thought too Josh. I'm really interested because I'll be ordering my new suspension bits after, or hopefully before, Xmas.

In the future if you want MRT/Whiteline products try ISR/Renick Motorsports in SoCal. Pam Dowell has been doing this stuff for years. Their prices are generally good and their service is superb.
As a side note I have taken to doing any parts business over the phone. Vendors like Cobb, TWE, Stromung and many more often get backlogged and don't respond to e-mail quickly. But any shop I call, I always get them on the phone asap and get my order placed at once and know the status from the get go. And if they are out of stock I get to decide if it is worth the wait...

I love them, they rock. My springs are, as of dec 23rd, on their way to my front door. Okay, I had a dream about filing a complaint with the BBB and going psycho with a gun in their office last night, but now that my springs are coming, I couldnt be more happy!

unfortunately, this is just what you have to put up with when dealing with MRT......it's not really whiteline's fault, but MRT is the only way to get whiteline stuff to the US distributors.
