Transmission Cooler Rubber hose recomendations...

A few weeks back I notices the rubber lines running to and from the transmission cooler are cracked and need to be replaced, and I am wondering what the best hose would be to use for this. Would I be better off going to the dealership and getting the hose there, or just buying some bulk stuff off the shelf. If I buy the stuff off the shelf should I use fuel line or vacuum line? Thanks in advance for any help :D

I'd go aftermarket (unless the hoses are formed, but I don't think they are). Just make sure the line you get is oil-safe. Fuel line should be, since fuel is much rougher on rubber than oil is, but most vacuum line is not.

I don't remember if they were formed or not, i'll check before I start digging into things. I think I'll try for the aftermarket stuff, and might even go for the nice german cloth braided stuff...

they're not formed......just get some atf lines the same size. They should be at any auto parts store.
