Is Fuel Cut Programmed or Sensored?

If I install a larger fuel pump and raise the boost in my Legacy turbo will the ECU still intiate fuel cut at the usual 13.5 PSI of boost even though its getting enough fuel? Or will a sensor detect that the mixture is good and not initiat fuel cut even if I'm running above 13.5 pounds of boost? What about boost cut? If they are programmed at a specific boost level how do I bypass them?
Thanks,
Mark

as i understand this, the ECU will cut fuel when it reads 13.5PSI from the boost pressure sensor.
You can search on the internet for a FCD (fuel cut defender) and ask a friend to weld that little circuitboard.. it's pretty simple electronics.

what about those Autronic Engine managment systems, will one of those fix the problem?

Building an FCD is about 10$ in electronics + around 1hrs welding and assembling... hard to beat that price !!
