I'm going to be getting new spark plugs today and was wondering if I should get a colder set. I have a Saab 900 TMIC, CES twin dump 3" TBE , with boost set to around 12.5 psi with plans to run 14-15 psi once FCD is in. Should I get the BKR6E11 (stock range) or go ahead and get
BKR7E11 (one range colder) ?

NGK recommend moving 1 step colder for each 70-100Hp you add to your engine

Thanks Morgie. I can't get the R7's anywhere around here, I may order them but I'll probably stay with the R6's for now.
I went and talked to "the turbo guy" at the local Suby dealer yesterday and he was saying that I shouldn't go with a colder plug then the BKR6E11 until 300 chp or higher on the ej22t. He also said that I needn't upgrade the ignition system at all until about the same mark.
This is totally off topic but I got to talking with him about the GT and he said it wouldn't be released until late summer unfortunately. I asked him what turbo was coming on it and he said he new but wouldn't tell me

. In fact he wouldn't give me any more information then is in the brochure, even though he has recieved full specs. He was nice about it but acted like he forbidden to talk about it.
So hush, hush what do you guys think? Is it a SOA controlled conspiracy or is the guy just being an asshole?
