i used a metal fitting and some epoxy to fix the hole in the intake , and i hooked up the bypass valve, but didnt plug it back into the return hole. Some times it runs really rich and its hard to drive, will a true blow off valve stop it from running rich?

Nice fix!

To get it to run right you really should plug in the return hole. The stock mass-air fueling system doesn't like leaks, and an atmospheric blowoff valve is a leak.

yes it is a leak a blow off valve doesent really give you performance unless you have modifyed the intake at all

like a fabercated pipe from the air filter to the intake of the turbo

the best thing you can do is make is as smoth as posable so there is nothing to slow the air down on it's way through
