				As some of you may know, I am a car salesman for an Online car broker. We just took on a 2004 Mini Cooper S with a lot of options. Supercharged, 6 speed, awesome. Ive even seriously considered getting one. Its just so damn quick and hadles amazingly. Check out our auction @ :

				That car + the John Cooper Works kit = Hauling Ass.
I love those things.  I wish I could afford one!
One thing I don't like are the center mounted speedo.  I hate that in fact.  Can't the car be had with a standard style gauge cluster?

				Built in to the column mounted tach is a digital Speedo. I rarely even look at the center mount. That tach is more like a complete info center. An all in one cluster guage. It works and works well. I feel like the car is an extenion of my own body.

				The UK ones don't all have the center speedo. If you buy a Cooper or Cooper S with sat nav it replaces the centre speedo and you get pod speedo/tach on the steering column.
