idea for a cheap bov

ok so the reason why we cant get that nice woosh sound form our bovs is because the recirculation helps the idle stay steady but that seems to be the only time the recirculation is nessary. so what if you spliced in a pvc into the recirc tube with a T fitting and on one side you have a piston like object made of anything form metal slugs ball berrings or a pice of a dowl pin with a hole in side of the pipe and a spring that pushes the piston object down against something like a washer thats between the pipe and T fitting sealing the hole on the side away. if the spring was weighted at the lightest noticed psi like 5 lbs or less whenever the revirc valve oppened after throttle was cut after a pull the sudden pressure that exits the stock recirc valve pushes the piston up letting the air out the hole in the pipe giving you the woosh sound and durring idle the pressure wont be high enough to push the piston allowing air to pass and idle to remain steady.
anyone think its a good idea? why or why not
