my car wont start!

i went to my car today(3/12/04) after school and i started my car. it wasnt running right so, i shut it down. i couldnt restart it after that, i believe that it is flooded. i tried to jump it with help from my friend, but it was useless. could this also be from a bad o2 sensor which i think i have?

Does it crank over at least or just not catch? If it doesn't crank over at all (and the fuel pump charges up) . . . I know this sounds weird, but try SHAKING the harness coming out of the firewall directly over the turbo. For some strange reason my car (the queen of electrical problems) used to have some problems starting (with the above conditions) . . . when I shook that set of wires, it magically started. LOL!
