TURBOXS

does anyone now if a turbo txs tuner, could be wired in a legacy turbo. or is it a plug and play type deal.

I'm sure it could be wired in, once you figure out what all the wires are for. I stopped by turboxs a few months ago asking about their ecus and they said there were no plug and play applications for our cars.

so if i get that unit it will tell me what wire goes where right all i got to do is match them up and tap it in.

I don't think they'd let you know in the instructions. You might have to find a wrx ecu pinout and compare it to a turbo legacy pinout and do the matching yourself.

that wont be to hard thanks BOOSTjunkie. do u think it will work if i get it we have all most the same sensors as the wrx. that unit can control all my sensors right its like a piggy back system

UTEC is, basically, a piggyback system.
I would just make Nate at TXS do it for me. But then again, I'm the lazy type.

It's a piggyback for fuel but I believe it takes full control of ignition.

i dont think you guys now what product i am talking about, its the newest one they make. its called TXS TUNER, it looks like a gameboy and a hksboost controler. what does it do, controle all these or i can controle them all.
DATA LOGS:
WIDE BAND O2
DETONATION
-VISUAL
-AUDIBLE
EXHAUST GAS TEMPERATURE
RPM
INJECTOR DUTY
BOOST
AND MORE.

I thought that was the case....you'all are talking about the txs UTEC and nico is talking about the TXS TUNA, (not tuner, which would make more sense)

but i still need help on this TXS TUNER thing.
