EJ22T heads vs EJ22N/A heads

What is the difference betwen EJ22T heads vs EJ22N/A heads? I understand the difference in blocks, are the heads just as different? 
Different cam profiles is the most important part.
Oil drain, oil pressure line and coolant return on the rear of the passenger one.
