hey guys

question, is it safe to drive with the green plugs connected? u know the ones that we use to reset the ECU. well the reason is that i can get my codes cleared and untill i get to a subaru dealer i cant drive the car with hesitation and with the green plugs on the car has no hesitation at all. So what u think, will it cause any damage?

thanks

Neo

It shouldn't hurt anything. You're just driving in test mode. Don't hang around too long with the ignition on and the engine not running, just in case, but other than that it ought to be alright.

Your hesitation is so bad you can't drive the car? What is the dealer going to do?

I drove my car around in test mode for MONTHS. I checked the code, the classic 35 PCV , and just left it. I then took it to the dealer, had them replace it, and have not had a CEL for a good reason since.
