good shift points

Hey i just want to know whats the best shift points on our car?? well an NA atleast thx 
I think it is outlined in the owner's manual but in terms of speed, it says these shift points are the best comprimise of fuel mileage and performance.... for the turbo I believe it is;
25 km/h
40 km/h
65 km/h
72 km/h
80 km/h?
