Songs you don't wanna admit you like?

Don't lie... we all have them.

I will confess, for some reason, Britney's new song Everytime is just playing over and over in my head, and I'm not complaining

I have others worse than that, but I'll see what others say first to see if they're too embarrassing to post

that one song, on the road again. I like it but I'd never be caught dead listening to it.

Britney Spears' songs and other pop songs tend to stick in your head because they're engineered to stick in your head.

Boys of summer - Don Henley
Ace of Base when they were popular, although I can't remember the songs now.
Some Monkees songs

Now that I've told everyone the embarrassment [bill murray in scrooged] I have to kill all of you. [/bill murray in scrooged]

Ain't nothin wrong with that!

ummmm... I have an old Alanis Morrisette CD that I bought from a friend a long time ago. Don't listen to it anymore and don't know if I would like to fire it up again either. Maybe I will put it up for sale in the parts shed!

I didn't think of that song. I don't love it, but I do have to admit that I don't mind it, either.

Elton John - I Guess That's Why They Call it the Blues, Tiny Dancer (reminds me of my ex), and Your Song.

Prince - When Doves Cry and a few others I can't tink of now.

I could list 100 cheesy '80's songs, but the cheesiness is what I like, so I don't know if that counts since I don't take them seriously.

I love 80's music, stuff like Rock Me Amadeus by Falco, I Can't Wait by Nu Shooz, Safety Dance, that's not all that bad if you ask me.

Another song that REALLY tips the cheesy scales: Barbara Streisand and the BeeGees doing "Woman in Love"...  My mom loved that song, so I heard it a lot when I was little, grew to like it

I think that's part of it. Music is second only to smell in its ability to recall memories and there are probably a lot of songs you would normally hate that you might end up liking for the experiences, places, or people they help recall.

So what if they're gay, does that make the music sound different? I like some of their songs. Thrill Kill Kult's founding guys are gay, too, but what do I care? I'm not a groupie I just like their sound. If the personal lives to celebrities mattered to me much, I'd see very few movies and listen to very little music.

For me it would have to be "I'm really hot" by Missy Elliot. I don't know why I like it, maybe it's the dope abstract groove :) (Do I sound like a dork yet). Any rap or hip hop really, even though I have no trouble admitting it if it comes up.

One oldie song i like that some may not know of or forget about is Beep Beep by the playmates. I think it is a good driving song (as in kinda race) but not by music but more by the lyrics and tempo changes. I also made up some new lyrics if i can ever get my friend to record them for me. It is a song if you were playing it loud the person next to you would think something was very wrong with you i think.

I just noticed my double post above    . I usually never do stupid stuff like that. I think my computer was taking forever to post so I tried again not realizing the first one went through. It also doesn't contain the entire message. :x
I'm gonna go rip my face off.
