I was going to yank out my HVAC unit later today so I could fix it.

I have heard that the problem is that the main electrical connector is desoldering from the board. Has anyone else fixed this?

Anyone have pictures of exactly what needs to be fixed?

I just want to get everything straightened out before I get everything torn apart......

honestly it might be easier to just put in a new unit.

my little trick is not a perfect fix....soldering the connector pins on the board again would probably be a permanent fix.

I've got a spare hvac unit from my interior swap if you'd like to buy it off of me.

I was planning on re-soldering them, but I just wanted to know exaclty which connector was the problem.

I have a spare HVAC unit from a '94 Legacy, but they changed electrical connectors between '91 and '94.....
