sunroof problems

ok my sunroof is being very gay. it only opens when the inside of the car is hot. so once it cools down it wont close. i know how to manually close it. but any ideas why its not opening?? when i press the botton sometimes i hear a click. so i figure something is maybe jamed? but why would it only work when its hot. anyways thx in advance.
