Don't look for oil inside the timing covers, look for it seeping behind the timing covers and dripping down underneath the head. That was the mistake I made, and why I have to go back in and do mine not 20k miles after doing my timing belt

The reason I have everything apart is to do the crank seal which was leaking like crazy.. But I think were going to go ahead and finish it up today.. There a little oil on the passenger side valve cover but nothing to worry about.. How bad was your cam seal..??

They're actually leaking very little, if at all, now. The seals were only leaking a lot before when I was using synthetic oil...

Try lucas oil additive or lubra molly.

The crank sensor is attached with a 10 mm bolt. Remove the bolt and it should slide right out of the top of the oil pump.

Not for all the tea in China. Go to
www.bobistheoilguy.com and research Lucas stuff and you'll see why I would never use it in a car I care about.
