Hi all,

I have a small leak on the right side of my windshield. I was wondering if this was a "do-it-yourself" repair or do I need to take it into a glass shop? The glass is not cracked but does have some pits. Oregon in winter is not the place to have a leaky windshield. Thanks for any suggestions.

bath tub silicone, it should work temporarily and look ghetto.

mine leaks a bit too, i'm getting it professionally replaced, as i'm sure a few board members who have seen my car could say, it's pretty f-ed up.

Is the leak just at the edge? Cuz I think that's exactly what 3M Windo-Weld urethane sealant is meant to seal.

I think I am just going to replace the windshield. Thanks for the info.
