JDM RPM Guage Installation

I managed to get an rpm guage from a jdm 1990 Legacy RS turbo with the cool 0-9000rpm range. Is it plug and play with the north american 8000rpm range guages?

Electrically I would expect it to be interchangeable.

DOHC heads should help you out
