It's official!! I'm enrolled to start automotive technology classes at Catonsville this month!! I'm so excited.

Trying to enroll into the Toyota T-TEN program, not that you guys would be at all interested in that :)

Why you gotta turncoat like that, mang? Goin' to Toyota like that.. Where's the LOYALE-ty? Toyota ain't got no LEGACY! 'Yota comes and goes, but Subaru is FOREVAHHH!
But honestly, Good for You! I'd love to get into an auto-tech program somewhere.. it's always interesting.
Good luck!

Hehe. I know what you mean... Having owned three legacys in the past, it did feel weird to change to a Toyota, however, taking into account that Toyota is one of the Big-3 Automakers these days, it seemed logical from an economical standpoint to go with that make. Plus, I don't know of any Subaru sponsored apprenticeships around here.

You've got a point. I just keep wondering how I could get on TV and pump Subaru/FHI, and then see if compensation included an STi..:D

Thanks a lot guys!! It's kinda weird going to school for something that I actually find some REAL interest in!! I wish I had known what I wanted to d when I was in college a few years back.

Phil, I asked about the Subaru program at MC a few months back when I was still considering going there. Apparently, it's not a dealer-sponsored training school run by MC. I believe it's just the shop where the local Subaru dealerships send their employees to get more training. From what I was told, it wasn't affiliated with MC. :(

Too bad Toyotas never break down... it's sorta like being the Maytag man

Good luck man! You'll do well. I'm going to be paying hardcore on my loan debt in the next few months and after that I too will be changing my career focus.
