Post your modified recipes here!
For mac-n-cheese:
Cook noodles, and drain, add 1 can campbell's cream of chicken soup, a few tablespoons of milk(i'm sure water would work fine here too) and half the sauce packet. Mix well, season to taste, enjoy. I'm sure this would be good with garlic powder
For Ramen
Cook ramen as usual. As noodles are simmering beat 1 egg, and set aside. I usually mix my flavor packet in while the ramen's cooking, if you add it afterwards, add the flavoring packet when the noodles are done, and dump the egg in. Mix well, the hot water will cook the egg, and it's a tasty(yet smelly) egg soup
Ramen stir fry: Cut up a chicken breast and brown it in a frying pan(i use my cast-iron skillet) Once browned, dump chicken into a bowl, and get your ramen going. While the ramen's cooking, cut up some broccoli, and a red bell pepper(can use any color, red just looks and tastes better), and open up cans of water chestnuts and baby corns, drain both. When ramen's cooked, fish it out of the water, and put it into your hot skillet that's got a bit of sesame oil(i like to add a little mongolian fire oil to it as well for a kick). Keep stirring, the point is to dry out the noodles and make them a bit crunchy. Pour most of the water from the ramen cooking out, but leave about a centimeter of it in the bottom, and get it boiling, throw your broccoli in there, and cover(this will steam it, you'll know it's done because a fork goes in with little resistance) Toss the cut up pepper and cooked chicken into the skillet, as well as the water chestnuts and corn. Add a couple tablespoons of teriyaki sauce(thin sauce, like soy, except better), and some water if stuffs getting particularly dry. YOu may need to add some more oil too if stuff's sticking. Once the broccoli's done, add it as well, mix it up, and enjoy. It may seem like alot of work, but it's not, and it's damn tasty for the price
