Car's been sitting for nearly 2 months, and I have $20...
I was thinking fuel stabilizer and perhaps an octane boost, as I've got a full tank of gas, any other suggestions for my $?

Make that a cheesesteak and two roast beefs with BBQ and cheese. I wouldn't worry about fuel stabilizer unless you seem to have a problem - 2 months isn't that long. I've started cars that sat longer than that without problems. I'd be more worried the battery was dead.
