Will it fit? I realize that the boot isn't going to, but will it thread?

Should thread just fine. . .
. . . I think. I'll find someone locally with a manual Legacy and put my stock knob on there to try it.

Yeah, I think so too.
Try threading a lug nut onto your shifter, Art.

Same threading, Vikash?

It's the titanuim one. I should have said something earlyer. Will it still fit?

If it's made to go onto the STi . . then it'll fit just the same as my stock leather STi knob will. Either way, I'll check the lug nut thing when I get a chance tomorrow or Saturday while I'm working on the car.

It fits. I have one. Not using it though, but I have one.

Yes; lug nuts and shifter knobs are both M12x1.25, at least on most modern Subarus.

Lol, I know now!
Think about it. The Momo knob for the WRX fits our cars, so does the Ti Piston.
My knob now is for a WRX (Greddy TRUST knob), and it fits the WRX and my shifter.
It works

Ah, the transitive property of shifter knobs.
