So I found a site that had a listing of cars on it. I don't know how accurate it is, but it claims that there will be not only the subaru Subaru B11S Concept ‘03 but the Subaru Legacy Touring Sports RS ‘93. That touring sport should be a touring wagon from Australia or something.
Again, take it with a grain of salt.
Site I found this at

But '93 was the BD/BG style in australia/japan...

Are you sure??
their 90 was like our 91, so they were one year ahead. So in 93 it would be equivalent to our 94, right?
I'm not up on australian cars, but that's how I figure it.

I know Japan remodels the legacys two years before the US. I don't know about other countries though. Their years are 89-92, 93-97, 98-02, 03-present

The same 93 Touring Wagon GT and Sedan RS were in Gran Turismo 1, both BD/BG.

There will be a touring wagon but not a BF. Of course there will be 4839424 different skylines, and 5865865 different silvias though. Not that I dont like skylines or silvias, but they should put a BC/BF in there so we can all build repicas of our cars in the game, now that would be awesome.

lol, Considering the market, I can understand why they didn't put them in.

That would have been amazing to have them in though. Could you imagine? A USDM BC and BF Turbo? That would be wicked.
I would absolutely kill for a fully customizible driving video game. Something where you could tune boost, tune AFR, you know, all the stuff that we do in real life. Not just "Stage 3 turbo".

sega gt 2002 lets you change stuff like that.

Ah, ok. Well, too bad it isn't one of our cars
I think if they have a 360 in there, they should add the BC/BF. Besides, it started stuff for subaru, such as the ralley stuff. It also broke records for them.

Ehh... first off, about 1% of all gamers, even hardcore enthusiasts would properly be able to do this. A couple of real-life tuners would have fun with it, but probably not even them since it won't be as realistic as they would like. You would have to have the possibility of engine damage in the game... along with knock counts and misfires... it would get really complicated really quick. Otherwise you just advance timing as far as possible, figure out a good fuel ratio (12:1 or so) and then go beat on an engine that in real life would be a ticking time bomb.
Gran Turismo has it relatively correct. If you read the description, when you get the turbo, you get all the hardware (supporting fuel delivery, etc) and the reburnt software to run it. Thats more real. Typically, Customer Richie Rich buys a 20g and a shop puts on the supporting hardware and turbo and the tuner will get him a new map on the dyno. Very few people tune their own car (well).

February 22 is what I hear.
Anybody remember GT 1 had the SVX? I had mine race prepped with the graphics and everything, it was awesome that it let you shift.

They should release it right now so everyone could bitch and moan about how buggy and incomplete it is.

I already have a deposit on it to guarantee I have one on its release, but I'm considering waiting, just because I remember how full of bugs my hot-off-the-shelf GT2 game was.

I'm gonna wait as long as it takes. I love that STi ad, by the way. XD
My game store said mid-March for the release. Bah.
And whoever posted the link to the site with the complete car list, I love you. I've been looking for proof of the DeLorean's existance forever. >.<
Damn you GameSpot!!!
Heh... too bad there's no '89 Subaru Legacy Sedan...
