fuse/relay part numbers

I blew my sbf 2 relay when my o2 sensor wiring grounded out and short circuited. (long story)
But I need the part numbers to SBF2 and SBF1, from under the hood fuses.
I managed to lose mine and am not sure if it is necessary to go to the dealer or junkyard just yet.
