Well Korn doesn't have head (guitarist) anymore. Hommie left the band to find god. I am all for soul searching but I think just by being in Korn he is going to need way more holy water than the Jordan river holds.....We are talking oceans.

Me too, but only up to Follow the Leader. Issues was fine, but it was the beginning of the end in my mind. KorN is no longer a band, IMO.

The local radio station here edited it for that, i believe.. it's been long, so i'm not quite clear on it, but I do remember a DJ discussing the lyrics, hehe..

Yes, our boy DID have teh Cr0n1x. It wasn't that great, though. (although he DID have powers...)
For obvious reasons, 'Jesus packing my bong' doesn't sit right with the conservative parents of 13-year-olds just getting into "the rock and/or roll" while they're wearing ball-chain wristlets, black pants with the straps between the legs, eye makeup, and calling themselves 'Raven'. It's just too much for some of those folks.
So ball-smacking makes more sense.. it's easier to explain away.

I was also ranting about how the radio edits things like "...with Jesus packing my bong" to please conservative parents of their younger listeners. I s'pose that's not really the issue, though, when it comes down to marketing. But that could just be a local thing, iunno. I also had to rant about emotional, angst-infested teens who fight their republican parents with ugly clothes and the stench of clearasil.
