unknown body part

I don't know what this goes to. It was left over after replacing my fender. Does anybody know?

Its a clip that is mounted on the fender lip, inside the engine bay, to cushion the hood. hope that helps. Here is a pic, look just to the left of the MAF, on the top of the fender.

P.S This is azn2nr's engine engine bay, and ceramic coating "is" da bomb
