Well, it's a US badge.....there wasn't any in the US, so it was sent from one of the store rooms or something in japan.
The label is old....you can tell it's been sitting for a while.

I'd like to get a Legacy RS badge, or just a Legacy RS 
Where did that badge go or come off of, 91's? The only turbo on mine is the "Legacy Turbo AWD" on the trunk.
