JDM ECU on USDM Legacy turbo.....???

Hi people, haven't post for long time but this question was around me for more then year and still haven't has a clear answer so I have to ask again and hopefully got the answer this time.
I have search and read all about ECU but still not clear my question.
I have a 92 turbo 5spd with EJ20G engine swap but running the EJ22T ECU for 2 years. It runs with the EJ22T coil pack with 4 wire as USDM setup. Also runs with AVC-R for more boost. The car runs fine and could feel the power boost after 4000rpm(maybe its the time the turbo kick-in as different from the USDM EJ22T has the boost kick-in as low as 2800rpm to 3500rpm.)
I have a JDM 1st Gen Legacy turbo ECU in hand but it didn't comes with the engine wire harness. I know the JDM ECU could allow the engine runs more boost before fuel cut and could run high rpm to red line (my car now will cut @ 6500rpm but the JDM will cut @ 7000rpm)
I am thinking to put the JDM ECU to my car but as far as I know there are some wire missing as like the 4 direct ignitor wire. I don't have the ignoitor from the JDM engine since the engine doesn't come with the harness.
I did try to put the JDM ECU with the current harness and the car could start but it seems running 2 cylinder since the ignition issus.
Are there any way that I could put the JDM ECU with the USDM wire harness? Any exter wire I have to run? Any exter parts I have to get before the ECU would run with this engine?
Thanks for looking in this topic and I think it could be helpful to other member who did the same swap as I did.
Ben
