So I started tearing down the spare motor out of my wifes old wagon tonight. Was going reasonably well, and I was extremely happy with the conditions of the heads and cylinder walls.

Then I had to look at the keyway in the crank.

Shot.

So thats why the wagon sometimes wouldnt start.

Crap.......

I do have a spare crank luckily, but I really didnt want to do a 100% rebuild, just rings.

Well, more money and time.

I think its funny that doug is like "well, damn. Crank is bad. Meh, no biggie."

It'll be back together in no time Doug!

The keyway strikes again....

Thankfully it only struck Doug this time who can tear one down and rebuild it in no time.
