Here's the recipe

1/2-2/3 box of orzo cooked drained and cooled(orzo is a pasta)
1 red bell pepper
1 orange or yellow bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2-2/3 of one of those deli containers of pitted calmata olives
1/2 brick of costco sized feta, or one regular package from the grocery store
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar

Cook the orzo, I usually just drain most of the water out of the pan and put a constant stream of cool water from the faucet in it with some ice cubes

Dice the bell peppers into about 1/2 cm squares or so

Slice the Calmatas(I usually slice them into 3-5 slices apiece)

Put everything into a bowl, and toss with generous amount of olive oil and balsamic vinegar(not so there's liquid at the bottom, but don't be shy)

Crumble the feta in(you do this after the vinegar's been added so it doesn't discolor the feta)

Enjoy. This takes some time to slice up all the ingredients, but it's mindless, and not over a hot stove, and is amazing. I've never met someone who didn't like it. :)

Don't let the secret out! ! ! !

Good thing, though, I wanted to try to make this meself, as a challenge, to see if I could I do it just right.

It's quite delicious, though, I will attest.

That's a sort of creamy lasagna type thing?

I can work on one and have it to you by next week. ;)
