air bags ?'s

So, my airbag deployed, and am wanting to know the correct process to install replacement.
I have several different sources to get the airbags from, but haven't bought anything yet.
Do I need the whole steering column?
just the wheel?
sensors?
what else????????
etc..
anybody replaced one before here in Colorado?
for a 94 Turbo Wagon.
