MAF to MAP

I have been reading over MAFs and MAPs, and we all know that for turbocharged cars or tuned cars, MAP is the best way to go. MAF is just a pain with turbos and bovs and idle and such. So I was looking at a conversion.
I know most standalone ecus like ecutek and aem and such will convert this over. I think the new emanage does to now. (But mine is the older one :( )

But I did a few searches and the only real deal thing I found was this
http://www.mapecu.com
Now the price is hefty at $650, but would it be worth it and what are your alls opinions?

The new emanage ( http://www.mohdparts.com/emanage/#E-manage%20Ultimate ) says it converts to MAP and has alot other trick features for tuning and such. So I think it might be cheaper and in the long run to buy the new emanage for $539 and get it tuned for a few hundred bucks and try and sell my old emanage (if that will be possible now lol)

The new perfect power 7 will do this as well.

I was actually talking about this with Vikash. To code for MAP running, it would have to read from the MAF sensor (which is likely how you program the MAPECU).

So you'll still hit the MAF rail, and you'll only have speed density maps up to 5 volts worth of air, and if you want to extend beyond that, you will have to blindly tune above 5-volts.

It can be done, that's what dyno tuning and gauges and shit is all for, but it's not as push-button-and-go as you'd think.

You also need an intake air temp. sensor, and that's difficult to mount reliably.

Perfect Power 7 looks pretty good after reading up on it. But no prices were given.

I feel pretty comfortable with the emanage, and I wont have to uninstall it to upgrade. But just want your thoughts on the maf conversion and if anybody knows more about it in the new emanage.
