Grease Automatic Belt? (another ? also)

My auto belt makes a noise when it gets to about the middle of its run. Is any old kind of grease going to work? (I was thinking WD-40) or should I use something special.

Another question: I think the "B pillar" molding is broken (ie, I know it's broken, I just don't know what to call it). Should I just glue it back together or is there some way to get it all apart and put it back togther (it's cracked...so I know it's going to require some kind of glue...should I reinforce that glue though?)

Also: What do you think of my black grille? (http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a339/ ... 53edit.jpg)

Use some spray lithium grease or something similar.

WD-40 has no lubricating properties.

So, has anyone got an idea how to fix that molding? (Sorry to dig up threads...but why start a new one, right?)

The picture of the broken molding is up in the first post.

Nice grille. Mine is similiar except I left the middle part the original color.

MEK works as a decent plastic glue. Not sure how well it would work on something as large as the B pillar trim though. My trim is broken there, with part missing. It doesn't affect the car, so I let it be.
