BTW, That weight includes roughly 50 lbs worth of speaker box in the trunk....give or take 10 lbs. I could weigh it if you really want very specific numbers. I'll have to take it out when I swap fuel pumps.

Also, I don't recall if that includes me in the car. I sort of think it doesn't, because I had to push this button for them to know when to capture the weight.

I've got AC, no moonroof, sub box in the trunk, amps, etc.

so like 200lbs just because of ac, maybe a little more gas, a spare tire, and a nicer stereo? Amazing how it adds up.

These figures are straight from the 1990 fsm, which does not include the turbo model. I would guess a turbo model would be ~40 lbs heavier

if this is right my stripped 1990 FWD L 5MT weighs in right around 2585 and if i swap in some nice racing seats and then strip out the sound deadening and take a hole saw to the interior of the door shells we could get it down to 2500#.

Those are curb weights, and not really a true representation of actual weight.

My FWD 90 sedan w/ auto was right around 3000 lbs.

so if you drop the stuff out of the trunk that puts you at 2950. and the AWD auto wieghs about 203 pounds and the AWD manual weighs about 130 pounds. i would imagin that a FWD manual probably weighs in at 110 or less maybe w/out the center diff and the ouptut stuff for AWD.
