Hi,
I got two new headlights from the junkyard and they came with this electronic heigth adjust feature.
I have the conectors to plug them to the headlights.
I also took the control switch for the interior panel, but to my surprise I don't see the conector wich is suposed to be there.
Has anyone done sort of this upgrade? will this connector be awaiting me to dissasemble the whole instrument panel?

Thank you

Are they for the pre or post face lift car?

Do the leveler motors have six or 3 pins on them?

I put the pre face lift lights on my car.

I could try, but consider I am in spain and you would have to pay transport (if just the adjusting motors it wont be very much), from the junkyard to home and then packing to USA.
what do you want me to ask? complete headlights or just motors?

Hi Josh,
yes they are EDM pre face lift, same as yours, as for pin count, I'll tell you later.

I had to verify all the wiring myself, and haven't done my write-up yet :(

But when I get back from my vacation, I can hopefully scan in my hand drawn diagram.

I've gone to the garage and found the conector :) under the steering weel. Just pushed upwards and conected to the switch.
The conectors are 6 pins. All works fine now unless for.........

my right headlight is not motorized, i took 2 headlights one ok and one broken, hoping to make it fit.
I removed the mechanical adjust system and inspected it but it seem quite different to the electrical one. They are not directly interchangeable :(.
so i'll try to get an entire electrical headlight since i have mine quite damaged.

Is there any way to get the cristal cover out of my assembly and fix it to the broken one? it has some sealing in it and won't came off easyly.

Bake it in the oven?

I did it once, and it was alright... Just pry gently.

RTV? Silicone-based something. Another note, heat your oven to 170*F, don't wanna cook 'em, just heat 'em up. Otherwise, a heat gun works just as well...

Complete headlights with switches and relays and whatever else. I don't care about shipping costs.
