I bought a set of replacement bulb on ebay. they worked good and gave better better lightning. BUT, both my headlight started acting weird, sometime working 1/2 intensity, sometime not at all. So when i tried to remove the bulbs to inspect, i found both connectors on each headlight totally burnt! The plastic had dripped and the rubber boot dried up. Anybody saw that before, and anybody got spare one for 92-94 headlights?

those connectors saw 460 degrees F at least. You are lucky you didn't have a fire.
Now would be the time to install an upgrade to the wires, along with new connectors, as vrg3 outlined in a post a while back. I've seen kits for this but wire, relay, some fuse holders, and some crimp connectors can get it done for very low $$

Sadly, that is what happens when you buy lights that overpower your headlight wiring assembly. ( as in wattage that is over what your stock lights are rated)
ALWAYS buy lights at a part store.
And yes, this happened to me, but not as bad.
Learned my lesson.

I`ll do a complete upgrade while am at it. I`lll try to use a more recent OEM setup, if possible.
