98 legacy wagon interior into 95 legacy sedan?

There is a some interior stuff for sale locally near me, and i'm wondering if i can make it fit in my car.
its the leather/heated front seats, rear seats, front/rear door cards and center consol from a 98 wagon, and i'd like them to go into a 95 sedan (L) with the grey cloth interior.
will this work?
i know the front seats should bolt up, but the rears look like a 60/40 split. i figure they wouldnt fold down which isnt a huge problem (or i could make it happen
). what about the door cards and consol though? are they the same between the wagon/sedan?
and while i'm on the topic of seat upgrades, will the wrx/sti/RS rear seat fit in a sedan? i can probably make some brackets happen just as long as the seat dimensions are pretty close.
