Gauge mounting location

I cannot find a good inconspicuous place to mount my boost and a/r fuel gauges. Right now my boost gauge is on my A pillar but not in a pod, just mounted with a bent peice of metal. I'd like to relocate either both, or find a good spot for my Air/fuel gauge.

Does anyone have any good ideas? What have you guys done?

Todd mounted the boost gauge on his first legacy(that Nick bought) in the gauge cluster, in the middle where the lights are that tell you if your door's open and if your highbeams are on.

I mounted my boost gauge under my deck. It's not quite as easy to see on the fly, but I don't need to look at it very often, and it doesn't take long for a quick glance down there. I flipped the 1.5 DIN pocket upside down(so the door flips down instead of up) and cut the back of it out. I covered the huge hole with an abs sheet that was tilted up and toward the driver slightly. I mounted the boost gauge to the right, and also poked a hole in it for a small switch that'll hopefully soon be wired up to my dual position manual boost controller. It may not be the best place to mount it in terms of ease of visibility, but I can close the DIN pocket and nobody's the wiser, which is how I like it. I have to park my car at a community college and in a bad part of town at work and if a boost gauge were visible I'd be even more uncomfortable with leaving it unattended.

Thats a shnazzy setup. I think I figured out what I am going to do.

Since my DIN cubby is broken, along with the ashtray that goes under the stereo, I think I will mount the stereo down at the bottom where the ash/penny tray used to be. Then above it cut a peice of carbon fiber that will have a hole for my A/F gauge and my Air fuel controller and mount.

As for the boost gauge, I'll buy one of those autometer mounts and put it somewhere near my gauge cluster.

If my DIN cubby and all that wasnt broken, I'd do something like you have.
