Looks like an Eclipse/Mustang hybrid, with a hint of Lotus.

ehh...
at that price point, wouldn't a more aerodynamic shape, a lower polar moment of inertia, and a more mildly tuned scaling engine be expected? It's cool and all, but for that much money, I would want proper sports car engineering if it's gonna have proletarian underpinnings. Especially with that goofy boy-racer styling.

Looks like somebody dropped the clay model on it's ass in transit to the next stage of developement and nobody noticed... But they did fix the grill back.

Go to Finalgear.com and download the full episode of Top Gear if you want to actually be able to see what's going on.
He likes the car, a LOT, and the whiz-bang stuff actually makes it a LOT faster around the track.

Yep not so pretty looking, but active center and rear diffs plus anti-lag in a road car... pretty frickin sweet!

I actually like the rear more than any other view. The front is ok, but the sides and quarters look like a mess.
That Top Gear also has an amusing driving lesson from a "Scottish lady."
