Borla Header

My previous post didn't seem to go through so I am posting this again.
I had recently seen a cracked Borla Header @ JC Sports. It was installed on
a NA Impreza (2.2). Within 2 months after installing the header, the area
where the manufacturer heat treated the pipe to get a smooth bend cracked in
half.
Also, JC has tested the header on a TC car and got a power loss. Increase
in volume & decrease in flow rate (Borla header Vs stock) is not a good
design for the use with a turbine.
Has anyone else seen anything like this from Borla?
