so how do i milk this bitches insurance company??? completly her fault, she backed into me (at a "please take teh ticket" gate). i dont want to repair the car as the body is getting junked soon anyway unless ghetto garage wants a bent ss

I'm in weird MA, but for new cars, they write the check out to you and the lien holder, but for old cars, they will cut you a check based on their sheap-ass assesment (used parts, etc.).

In most instances that I've dealt with, and those of my friends, they were issued a check after a reasonable appraisal.

it was so dumb. i saw the reverse lights come on and started honking. bich was on her celly. i put it into reverse but too late. bam. she finaly turns around and was like oh crap. worse part was she was so cocky about it the whole time which makes me want to milk her for all its worth.
her company is progressive.

Another reason why stupid people should be eliminated.
I've been in reverse and not first when I'm pulling out from a parking space, but I know exactly when I let off the brake pedal that I'm going the wrong way...I might advance an inch before I know I'm going the wrong way....stupid automatics

find a body shop you can trust, give them a small cut out of the check from Progressive from your 1 of 50 (or whatever SOA "says") Subaru SS... perhaps you could try to explain that the parts are impossible to find, you'll only use new old stock Subaru stuff from the correct vintage as it will soon be a collector's car, etc etc....
never dealt with insurance yet, thankfully
