i have a 94ss with a jdm 96 wrx ej20 in it that is got a whole mess of sti and 2.5 rs parts, it is all currently running off my stock ej22t ecu but i am starting to look into ecu upgrades, what is your advice?

You'd need to get your car running on a WRX ECU first in order to use this chip.

Your engine sounds like it's more modified than what this chip is meant for.

So I say save up instead for programmable engine management.
