Bumper and radiator support ??s

So you all know what happened to my car, if not see the Ashtray.
The guys trailer hitch cleared my bumper beam by about an inch and caught the radiator support and I guess the bumper support and pushed it all back about 8-10 inches from where it's supposed to be and my mechanic is telling me that I'm looking at around 2k to fix it. Now I'm not sure if that 2k includes the new hood, work to the front quater panels (the very front few inches got bent so that they point to the center of the car), and new lights and all. I'll be taking care of the hood and lights and small stuff but I can't pull the supports or splice stuff in myself.
So my question is this. How much would you all think it shoud cost to put a new radiator support and new bumper support in? I'm not the most familiar with the structure of the car up front so I'm not sure if I'm calling everything the right name but I think it's clear what got damaged so you can enlighten me if I'm incorrect on some things.
The main thing I'm trying to figure out here, can I repair my car for less than it'd cost to get another 93'-94' Legacy. I can handle doing the small labor myself, just not this structural stuff and I think that's going to be the deciding factor. Opinions, suggestions, advice?
Thanks for all the help guys.
