Under the rear window, behind the seats. There are three tapped holes for a 10mm bolt, one in the center at the furthest to the rear, and two at either side, about 6 inches away
Any idea what these are for? I was going to use them to build a custom mount/case for my carPC

No clue.
I've seen people use those for mounting harnesses before.

they could be used for infant seat restraints. there should be something in your manual about them.

Take a picture of what you are talking about. There are two holes just beyond the rear window. Those are for the rear window wiper mounting bracket.

They are. I was just looking at the green piece of paper about them that came with the car yesterday. On the wagons they're actually on the ceiling...

That's what I was thinking they were for, since the new scoobs have latches (or something) there from the factory.

Score.
They'll make a perfect mount then.
I just scored a 20gb 1.8" drive which is nearly indistructable (200G operating shock rating), so Ill run that as my system drive, and mount the media drive on a USB extension inside the removable stereo box.
That way I can pull out the more fragile 3.5" drive when Im racing, and still keep GPS and engine diagnostics running.
