Troubleshooting: no ignition/spark

SO....here we have an EJ22T complete swap with harness and ECU....
Main relay turns on, but fuel pump relay doesn't. I'll just hardwire this or something or try to figure it out.
SO,,,,,I'm not getting any ignition. I was thinking the possibility of the cam/crank sensor going bad. I took them off and the wire still goes through the sensor just fine. SO it's still a complete circuit through the sensor.
We tried testing this on a '02 RS with disconnecting the cam sensor and see if the coilpack will fire, it didn't. Same thing happend when we did this to the crank sensor, the coilpack wouldn't fire. BUT it's a complete circuit through my stock EJ22T sensors.
From the ECU to the sensor connector, it's a complete circuit.
Where should there be voltage coming from the ECU? I know the ECU is getting power, because the main relay turns on when I put the key position to "ON."
What other wires should i check for voltage or complete circuit?
