WTB - Fuel Injector for JDM EJ20T

I need one fuel injector to replace a bad one in my jdm ej20T.
The numbers on the top say A(or O)805 and 24150. Another number A46-00 appears next to 'Made in Japan'. Do these numbers give enough information about the injector?
Please let me know if you've got a spare (known good) one lying around.
I'm in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
